Ontario's Superior Court refuses to grant Zen Lounge injunctive relief against forfeiture by Core Urban.

Ward 7 Councillor Esther Pauls just spoke on the video-conference, stating she cannot get her camera to work.

She walked from her office into Room 264 and is now in-person.

Due to her not being visible at the start of the meeting, she did not count towards quorum. #yhmcc

Fire at 33 Hess Street South in a vacant part of the structure.
A Hamilton Police constable on scene says this is now a police "active investigation."
Eyewitnesses showed me video recorded before Fire Department arrived. It was an intense fire with flames shooting out the windows. #hamont
