I wish I was famous enough to sell vagina scented candles or pubic hair undies and have people throw their money at me. The weird obsession with celebs and their fannies.
7-3 are standard working hours. I like it because I’m a morning person and work is done for the day at a reasonable time, but it’s not so great if you’re not a morning person.
The difference here is that we start work at 7. 😬

Oh fuck that shit! I have never found any of that helpful. The only thing that gets me to sleep is putting something mindless on the TV. The sleeping pills used to help, but then I was a zombie the day after.
Yes, I’ll spend £50 having my own waxed off and then spend £34 on replacing them with fake ones. While I’m at it, I’ll take Ozempic to lose weight and then walk around in a fat suit. 🙄
Yeah, and it doesn’t help that everyone is always banging on about how important sleep is, but if you can’t sleep, what are you supposed to do?
Oh that sucks! Insomnia is the worst. I’ve never had a problem falling asleep, it’s staying asleep that’s always been my problem.
When you get to enjoy some day as you choose before you have to start doing what you do to pay the bills.
Even if I take it really easy at the gym and do a bit of cardio, I’ll be done by 10, do a bit of food shopping on my way home, have a shower and eat lunch. After all that, it’s only midday.
That’s the benefit of waking up stupidly early. I woke up at 4:30 today. I’ve been lounging around for 3 hours, half watching YouTube, half scrolling on my phone, drinking coffee, eating porridge and I’ll still be at the gym by 8am.
Being with Kasper did this for me. I used to be very much a night owl, but then met Kasper, who is very much in the other direction. Now I very rarely sleep later than 5am and I actually love it. I couldn’t go back. I feel so much more productive this way.
That’s a lie-in for me. 4:30 this morning. Fresh as a daisy. 🙄
Maybe it’s just being a morning person, or getting older.
I know I’m currently on holiday, but this is what every morning looks like in our house. Feet up, relaxing, then go to work.
I really love my chilled out mornings. I don’t get people who get up, get dressed and leave the house. I need time to drink at least two cups of coffee, eat my porridge, watch some TV, browse on my phone and relax a bit. I’ll happily wake up earlier to allow me to do this.
Angry music and lots of effort should do the trick. It always helps me.
Kasper cheated on me in my dream last night. It was a real nightmare of a situation. He was just screwing anyone around, right in front of me and arguing with me when I confronted him as though it was my problem. As a result, he’s in my bad books today.
He falls asleep fine though. It’s that 2-3am time that’s the problem.
Ha ha! I can’t imagine Kasper ever eating cereal without sugar. He’s like a child! We generally eat a very high fibre diet though. Half a bag of sprouts each with our dinner every night, which is also full of veggies. Plus rye bread, dates, porridge etc.
