Unexpectedly Aldi's does not have dry beans, which I wanted for pie weights. only canned beans because Aldi's knows their audience ig. but I'm too tired to make another stop even in the same shopping center, so I'm going home and I'll deal with it tomorrow.

anyway, what I'm actually gonna do until it's time to go is watch dropout shows and/or listen to old critical role when I'm out of shows to catch up on

towards the end of September, I increased my step goal from 1200 to 1300. This week to 1500. and I'm making it but not by much. So I need caution

part of me is like how can you build a habit if you won't do it on the good days AND the bad

part of me is like woman, you have multiple chronic illnesses. It is sane and healthy to adjust your activity. you do not have infinite spoons.

to start a habit of going on a walk every day for my stupid mental (and physical) health and also to spin a pokestop (link included to the "stupid mental health walk" video/song)

but I have to drive down the mountain today, so I'm going to conserve my energy I guess

I have an appointment at 3 PM and it's not even noon yet. I just wanna go get all the errands done but the errands are shopping for groceries that I don't wanna leave in the car for two hours. it may be cold up here on the mountain, but it's 90° where the grocery store is.

i was complaining to spouse about the sisyphean task of laundry and they said "have you tried wearing less clothes" and I was like yes! yes I have! it leads to you giving me grandparent lectures about my clavicles!

in this house we wear MORE clothes before we even think of turning on the heater

idk brennan clearly didn't think to warn the players who hadn't said they wanted a dead char, based on Aabria's comments in the cooldown. i feel like. if i'd been at that table. i'd've liked to know

Joy of cooking says 2.5 to 3 pounds (5 to 8 apples) for a 9 inch pie, but my addition has absolutely nothing to say about deep dish pies???
