BYCAP** (“Buy Your Capo A Pint”) is how our team of vocal volunteers can give others the voice that we often take for granted. If you are not familiar with BYCAP, check out this blog (https://107ist.org/Blog/13550341) that provides information and history on this annual capo-driven fundraiser.

I am so proud of Portland right now. I keep saying we are having a renaissance & you can really see it in so many ways.

We just hosted folks from around the country at an energy conference & they were blown away by the political culture that is growing here.

We have a chance at something great.

Incredibly underrated thing about Portland is how many people are working quietly, largely without pay, to make this city a better place. People pay attention here and genuinely care about community. It’s not perfect by any stretch, but I love that people will always show up.

So far this sounds very much like a 2–1 panel decision in favor of Trump having the right to deploy the NG to Portland, Oregon.

This is despite TROs usually not being appealable and DOJ appealing Judge Immergut's first TRO but not the second one. (Though the full court might rehear en banc.)
