This week in the Adirondacks.

Lake Eaton, Jay, NY. We stopped by the lake at midnight on the night of the full moon. We saw beavers swimming across the lake and could hear them sawing wood with their teeth! They were busy!

There's nothing quite so glorious as the "second" sunrise, when the sun bursts out from behind a mountain. I caught the sun as it rose above the mountain and through the slats of the #coveredbridge. Worth getting up early!

Good morning, Blue Sky!

I shot this right after sunrise. I slipped and fell climbing down the bank to the river. I thought I'd broken my tail bone for a minute, but I have plenty of padding, so it was just a bruise!
