Yes your taxes should support disabled people.

They should support homeless people.

They should support those living in poverty, children and the elderly.

This is literally the purpose of taxes, and I would far rather support those who need it than continue to enrich the elite.

The concentration of wealth in the hands of a few isn't just bad for our economy. It's corrosive to our democracy.

When the wealthy and well-connected control our political system, regular people don't have a voice.

The result? The demagoguery and corruption we're seeing now.

I can't fathom why so many of us support the suffering we’re experiencing. I can only say that the wealthy have, for 100s of years, kept the less fortunate divided—against each other, to the point of violence. When will we open our eyes, realize the conflict is the bottom v. the top on Earth?
