Discussion earlier today in a Teams meeting about a “Christmas tree” that isn’t a Christmas tree. It’s a fir tree a local community have planted on a roundabout. Called Eileen.

I put into the chat “Ceci n’est pas une sapin” and managed to crack up someone else on the call.

1982-1984, A-level Economics, “micro chip technology” was going to lead to a leisure revolution as everyone would be able to do their jobs in much less time, be more productive, work less.
