It feels like I should put up a disclaimer that I may occasionally (very rarely!) post something here that is either funny, witty or informative (only one at a time though).

Past performance is no guarantee of future results and you should think carefully about following my account on that basis. 🤪

Congratulations on the release of her book.

I can confidently say I would never have heard of her, this book, the movie - Hester Street or director Joan Micklin Silver - except for this post.

For anyone else, a source including links to Bloomsbury to order directly.

Gonna be incredibly funny if it’s both opt in and you can choose your COO identifier.

Every single Russian misinformation bot will do what exactly..

“The content of that image does not reflect the values or standards of this office, my staff, or myself, and I condemn it in the strongest terms," Taylor said in a statement.

“It’s simply not big enough or prominent enough” he said.

A reminder, this was 6 journalists murdered, 50 years ago.

The IDF has murdered over 270 journalists in the Gaza war over just 2 years.

The vast majority (265+) of those were Palestinian.

It's a little funny seeing that we're in 2025 and around 10% has been built. I remember when the project was in the "awarded" stages and even did a small amount of work (on the network side of things) more than a decade ago :-)

I just wanted to say that you using the word condescending is amazing. It means "talk down to".

Today is the 50th anniversary of the murders of the #Balibo5.

The Indonesian government has never acknowledged this (much less apologised for it)

The Australian government has agreed with Indonesia's version of events (and also never apologised for this either).

Why would I like appliances (like air conditioners) to have Wifi and to be connected to a home network?

At the moment for a specific reason - so I don't have to go outside to each unit individually to look up the model numbers and other information.

It'd be nice to just SNMP query this info..
