Only when a house is on the market a certain amount of time aka not selling, will they list it publicly.
The practice has questionable legality when considering housing discrimination laws. BUT we don't know until someone brings a suit.

Did you know HOAs exist to keep neighborhoods as homogenous as possible? It goes WAAAY beyond keeping your lawn cut and only painting your house a certain color.
Oftentimes HOAs serve as brokers by not listing the homes publicly, rather showing/selling by referral...

So yes, when selling, it has been advised to remove family photos, art, any thing indicating race or ethnicity.

Everything is racist.
