To all the new followers! 👋🏽 I’m Kahlief Adams and I work in the gaming industry. Most folks know me from our award winning podcast called Spawn On Me. Our show has been spotlighting marginalized voices and fantastic conversations since 2013!
I just keep looking at the top streamer roster at Kick and keep thinking. “Mannnn, so many gaming marketing dollars, gave financial freedom to people with terrible opinions that are helping drive this grossness we are seeing today”
We have a dope interview on the next episode of @spawnonmepodcast.bsky.social talking to Lee Petty, Creative Director on Keeper from @doublefine.com. Really fun episode dropping on Friday!!
I have been VERY excited about the @ASUS_ROG @Xbox Ally X, and after playing with it for the past 2 weeks, I am hyped to have it be a part of my gaming routine. Here is our @SpawnOnMe review. #Ad#ROGXboxAllyX
I've been hit by tech layoffs, which means I'm open for full-time marketing work in social media, content, events, and pretty much anything else you can think of. I've transferred my 12+ years of marketing skills across anime, games, TV, comics, and tech.. and I'm funny 😋.. TY for any shares/leads ❤️
I would love to have some folks on Spawn On Me to talk to this fact. If we KNOW that the threat and influence of that side isn’t that large outside of folks like Asmond, why are we folding and not pushing to the ones that want to be here?
We continue to see that these “anti-woke” boycotts aren’t working. We do continue to see consistent harassment campaigns. As an industry (especially marketers) have the data to roll up to the C-Suite and publishers to make the case to continue to make the stories they want.
