The NHS is changing trans people back to birth sex on file, meaning we will not be treated appropriately for our bodies.

This is deadly, completely unacceptable, and the result of hateful far right ideology in our politics and healthcare.

Just got a call from a lovely but very nervous Dr, who advised I wouldn't be routinely screened for breast cancer because I'm not indicated as being "biologically female" on the central NHS database and my biology wouldn't indicate I'm at risk.

My records have been altered, which is upsetting.

Couldn't care less. One way or another, I'm not going to be around in this country by then, and if I'm still alive somewhere, I'm not going to be very sympathetic when white blokes who didn't give a shit about my human rights being completely cancelled start crying about theirs being a bit eroded.

It's getting light terribly late now. Ollie got me up at 4:50. He doesn't care.

I'm looking forward to my walk into the village later this morning. The local shop here does the best smoked ham and crusty rolls. I don't know how I've managed without them since I was last moored here.

The latest voyage is over ⛵️🌍🧭 and I’m back on one of my favourite spots since I’ve been in this part of the world.

I moored here in the spring, then the summer, now I’m back again to get covered in the falling leaves and watch the lovely landscape change into a winter one.

He literally encouraged people to punch women going to the toilet if you don't like the look of them.
