1st Covid (3/4 harsh) I only experienced low energy and headaches. 2nd things were horrendous. Daily long-standing headaches, neurological symptoms, & new illnesses. UVA, after a while, recognized my long covid.
Mont Sinai did extensive research & established that Long-Haul is scientifically proven.

There're several ways to meditate. In the last 25 years I do 2 daily meditations. At night I meditate about everything that makes me grateful. In the morning I meditate requesting betterment for people, the world, etc. There are not fully silent meditations, they become visual and stillness is there

If this is true, it’s a horrific act—and surely forbidden under international law.
It’s tragic enough when animals endure such cruelty. But humans?
The world must unite to prosecute those responsible.

It's absolutely horrific and it's disgusting that we are using this to deport people. These need to be made illegal.
