Under this Court’s precedents, not to mention common
sense, those circumstances taken together can constitute at
least reasonable suspicion of illegal presence in the United
States. Importantly, reasonable suspicion means only that
immigration officers may briefly stop the individual and
inquire about immigration status. If the person is a U. S.
citizen or otherwise lawfully in the United States, that
individual will be free to go after the brief encounter. Only
if the person is illegally in the United States may the stop
lead to further immigration proceedings

May we please start nailing Republicans about the huge tax subsidy associated with the fact that the value of employer paid health insurance is NOT counted as income to the recipient! For high level professionals you can image that's $$$$$ in tax subsidies!

Dems need to introduce legislation to tax as income the value of employer provided health insurance. Since Republicans hate tax subsidies for health insurance, they should be in favor of eliminating all of them! (Dems need better staff work. They should have made this point long ago.)

Please stop selling white voters short. AOC, Greg Casar, Jasmine Crockett, Rev. Warnock, Tammy Duckworth, Wes Moore, et al are examples of candidates that are Great Candidates for all the people. Far better than the non-minority choices I'm typically faced with!
