Of course, violence is terrible - if he's at risk of being a target. But violence towards others is perfectly fine and a great topic to laugh at.

This also shows that religious freedom in the US is a complete fiction. It's a tool by the conservative majorities to oppress others by selectively quoting the Bible - that's it. You can fire gay people from work by invoking religious freedom, but not give the Eucharist to the needy.
