I finally won a ranked tournament! And it happened to be our regional tournament as well so I get bragging rights for a while! A lot of matches were too close for comfort but it was fun!

Saber on attack can work with rush or low rush. Putting it on a lower height reduces contact with the small blades to increase recoil. On regular height I find you have to read into the launch more to “push” the opponent into a bad spot rather than smash like a standard attacker.

There are some places online that sell the samurai saber beyblade by itself for less though shipping fees/tarrifs may make it similar, but that’s also worth checking out if possible.

Ah. Unfortunately I can’t be certain then since I’m in canada. Our gamestops got changed back to ebgames recently but they did have a few sabers. Hopefully an option shows up then!

At gamestop you can sometimes check with the clerk if they can or will put it in stock. I don’t know if it’s cheaper but they can also take online orders from their site at the store too.

That’s fair. X has taken a more streamlined approach to design so far though CX is adding more parts to customize. I think the focus this time is more on the gameplay though which has been pretty solid so far.

Oh is hasbro not the distributor in Brazil? They should have a box for the winder though making it separate from their standard releases is hard for finding it consistently.

I wear a glove on my hand holding the launcher for grip and the string snapping back, but I still personally prefer it. Both options are good this generation however.

Oh right some local #BeybladeX updates though Worlds was way better than expected and congrats to the top 3 for both.

It’s been a little over a year since I started Beyblade X personally! Good Stuff!

I made top 8 again with a Calibur build I like a lot, hoping I can clinch the next event too.

The gens are primarily differentiated by how the tops operate themselves, but X specifically has also changed the nature of the stadium which males gameplay more dynamic.

Every once in a while there is a new gen that lasts for a period of time with major updates almost yearly. The previous gen, Burst, went on for 7 years before being immediately followed up by X. And X has 3 main lines at the moment. BX, UX, and CX (Basic, Unique, and Customize respectively).

Beyblade X is the current generation running. The stadium has a serrated ridge that connects to the bottom of the bey allowing for faster attacks.

Beyblade is actually considered an official sport in Malaysia I believe and has been added to their primary sports curriculum with X. There are still caveats around that definition, but the competitive aspect is worth exploring I think.

bringing this one over from my twitter, but today I'd like to remind you all that 9/11 canonically happened in Beyblade, as the cast learns about it during their second trip (in 2002) to NYC.

Naturally, this one didn't make it into the dub for some reason!

Officially no, though people do keep track of their wins at events. The players chosen for worlds for example won regional and national tournaments to qualify. Unofficially, the WBO (world beyblade organization), as a fan run group using a score for ranked to keep track, but is in season 0.

60 or 70 height both work. Low rush is a great option straight from the stadium set but kick is also really good with it. You could also use Low Orb or Under Needle for a build with more stamina.
