Seems like the majority of people out on the streets "protesting" immigration have a history of domestic abuse themselves so really it's not that surprising.
Trust that man to come out with something as wildly dumb and unprovoked as "let's bring back a car that is synonymous with burning alive, specifically for the disabled".
I think it's fair to say that any city where this could happen has inadequate housing, and a city with as much centralised wealth as New York and still has people drowning in basements when it rains means that something is out of balance. Which of course everyone has known is the case since forever.
