The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

5/n The most you could POSSIBLY say is that people who have depression report more soft drink consumption (because case-control design). Anything more than that is absurd.

But the authors go MUCH further. They argue that this is possibly a causal link. Why?
