Do you mean at more of a wide spread level rather than for individuals?
"But there's not even the bridge..oh"
So you're saying batteries ran empty? 😂
You can hear a whoosh looking at this. Fantastic capture!
Hah that first expression is golden.
Funny how obvious it was that this would be the #Warhammer Quest Darkwater character people chose to reveal first (including me, I mean look at that helmet). Would be neat if they did a reveal per day on all the minis in it.
A miniature from the upcoming Warhammer Quest Darkwater board game named Edmark Valoran The Manticore Knight. A flowing red cape, a shield with a golden lion head on the front and the standout, a helmet with curved golden wings on each side and in between them a golden lion head as well.
I'm curious, of aaaalll the photos of this, have you got *one* favourite that just stands out to you somehow?
Very Elegant. Great portrait.
Not even dog poop could keep me from this beau. Wow!
I always say once you had chickens, you know that birdosaurs would mess you up faster than any lizard ones would even get off their asses.
It's like when we endlessly ponder two choices about our career or whatever. Except their choice offers seem a little less complex to us.
Talking about it...doing some garden stuff today and there she was.
In no way I mean or see this as a negative, it's mostly just that the ubiquity of tutorials (in any art sector really) makes me curious what's the ratio of "I like watching things get made" vs. "I'm seriously trying to learn how to make this myself."
Mused if people mainly watch mini painting tutorials as a learning resource, or because they just enjoy watching someone make pretty stuff and caus Henry got a nice calm voice. I mean you can't help but pick up tricks anyway, just that I wonder if a big part of the audience is so driven to improve.
There's some approaches and styles. .. I just can't wrap my head around how to even learn to see the way that artist does. Often a decoupling of value/color/shapes/forms where my brain just goes "Wut".
You delivering the heavy hitter shots!
This is really something. Not sure I could ever paint this way tbh.

Strike a pose (Common Grackle) #birds 🌿
Iridescent black bird with bright blue neck and head, yellow eye and pointy, downward curve beak. Bird is perched on the edge of a concrete bird bath with beak pointed skyward. Background is soft focus green and pink.
More like Come-On Grackle!
I love Goldenrod. Got 2 big ones in the garden and it attracts so many insects and looks just so uplifting and nice too.
Caught in just the perfect moment, great work! All the yellow!
With the weather changing and some different work hours lately I've barely been in the garden I have to admit, but I did hear she has been roaming now and then from neighbours. Another cat, a black one stared at me from mid-garden a while ago though, so now I wonder who that one belongs to. XD
