I love that he’s also wearing what appears to slippers. Comfort all the way for our Commander.
Those are the kind Cobra Commander wears!
Blue legging over black footwear.
Right! The one who sells his drum kit. I think a lot about the moment when pulls Joe Flaherty aside and tells him, in effect, “Just wait until your son gets older. You’ll see.”
Typed that too fast. I, of course, meant THE TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE.
BLACK SUNDAY (1960)
THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (1974)
HALLOWEEN (1978)
VIDEODROME (1982)
Quote this with the first four Horror movies that come to your mind that are 10/10s for you. No cheating. Just the first four that pop into your head.

I'll go first:
-Silence of the Lambs
-I Saw the Devil
-Coherence
-Jaws
I would say “great mask,” but that’s a great everything. A superb ensemble all around.
Man, the 11-minute clip show in the middle of GAMERA VS. VIRAS is deadening, but this film does contain the first instance of this chestnut:
Two Boy Scouts in a minisub encounter Gamera underwater. The Japanese Scout says, “Gamera is a friend to all children.” His Caucasian counterpart replies, “Are you sure?”
Taking a rare sick day, but on the bright side I got a full night's sleep, which is just as rare for me.
ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER: Just as stunning the second time around. And still suspenseful even when you know what’s coming, because the characters do not.
We used to be a proper country.
I turned 52 exactly two months ago. Not alarming at all.
Makes you wonder where those glowing bees were when Blip removed Metallus’s helmet and tossed a grenade inside in the original Space Ghost show.
My favorite piece of trivia about this film is that Cronenberg had so much downtime during the shoot that he was able to write the script for Naked Lunch.
There's a moment in GAMERA VS. GYAOS where Gyaos has just painfully regenerated the two toes Gamera bit off during their last fight, only for it to bump into a stalactite, which falls right on top of them. It then shuts its eyes for a few seconds, and you know it's thinking, "Stupid, stupid..."
KAMEN RIDER ZEZTZ, Case 6: Just catching up with this week's episode. The robots in it look like they could have come out of a Steven Kostanski movie. #KamenRider #ZEZTZ #KamenRiderZEZTZ #tokusatsu
A red robot with no head and a chainsaw arm. Kamen Rider ZEZTZ in a blue, with a machine on his left arm and a sword in his right. He says, "Such dangerous implements of torture... must be dismantled." Two robots about to go down for the count. Below the waist, they wear shiny black pants with red gear designs on them.
Special shoutout to the Swamp Men of Steven Kostanski's DEATHSTALKER. They're bizarrely living proof that you can't judge a monster by its slimy appearance.
The Tall Swamp Man from DEATHSTALKER, who is embodied by Psycho Goreman himself, Matthew Ninaber.
