I went through that a couple of years ago. Months of back to back panic attacks. Eating was uncomfortable, couldn’t keep food down anyway. It pretty much fully stopped my life.

I’d suggest going HARD on taking care of your nervous system. If you need some ideas thrown out for that, I gottchu. 🫶

I’m pretty sure social media push notifications based on contacts exist only to remind me that putting any formal effort into dating is easily the dumbest thing I could ever do if the result is:

My son got my babbling capabilities… so… they’re endless.

He’d been talking about nothing for so long that I kinda tuned out.

I tuned back in when I heard, “the point is that all babies are safe with me. Especially from cannibals.”

And I’m glad to hear it, but now I’m wondering what I missed. 😂

I’m not nearly as booksmart as most people think I am…

I’m more like, “BRO, how the fuck do I know that? Is that true? Does that mean something?”
