I have this tiny mame pot I just moved the plant out of (to a bigger one) and I was thinking moss might be nice in it. I love how your mom's moss ball looks :) (did that sound weird, lol?)

My little mame Swedish ivy was looking very squished so I moved it to a slightly larger pot I got at Green Witch Gardens. Found some moss out back, washed it well, and put it on to see what happens. Pot by Pot Punching Potters.

Well, I wired a bonsai for the first time. It's not a great job and I couldn't find my real bonsai wire, but I think this will do for now. I was stressing about what to do and then I saw videos that said wire while they're young or they won't bend easily later. So here's myFicus benjamina. #bonsai

I also went on a whim to the greenhouse/ bonsai place and picked up an inexpensive Chinese elm cutting just to see how it goes. I think it's just going to grow out on the porch all summer. #bonsai #growingthings
