I don’t necessarily think every owner with an e collar is a lunatic animal abuser, in fact, I know they aren’t, but you have to see your dog shiver and cower after a “correction”, comfort it, and wonder if it’s worth it, right?

I blame trainers who use, sell them, and placate owners about them.

One of my clients shocked her dog to correct his pulling and I don’t know if she intended it to hurt him that much, but he SCREAMED and started shaking. This is a huge dog too, a pyr mix. I think she was embarrassed by the whole thing. These collars suck, don’t work, and are too normalized.

The majority of farm owners should be more careful and intentional about their politics if the fact that “they” feed the country matters that much to them.

For most of them, it doesn’t and merely serves as a “you can‘t hit me” card whenever they’re MILDLY criticized for fucking anything.

Sorry, but some people are going to be happy if Black people are overwhelmingly disenfranchised.
