Jeff said they almost tried to play a Shaggs song in honor of New Hampshire, which would have been wild, but those songs are unbelievably hard. Sad we missed him covering Hurley’s “Slurf Song” the night before in Burlington.

Sartorial jokes aside, that was a lovely show and the band was aces. Mind boggling that I saw Wilco twice in one week 26 years ago and even saw Spencer Tweedy’s band The Blisters in Chicago at a Hideout block party a few years after that.

The potential for shit like this is one reason why groups like LUCE in Massachusetts urge people to report sightings to them so they and their partners can directly warn people. A decentralized network is a lot harder to shut down. No big tech company will be in ally in the fight against ICE.

This will go in a 300 degree toaster oven for 30 minutes wrapped in foil. I grew up eating this occasionally, though preferred it (and still prefer it) sans raisins. I will have a slice with butter tonight. Cream cheese also works.
