One of my faves when I was single was taking a block of frozen spinach, boiling it until it softens, drain/rinse it and then squeeze all the water out of it

Put in bowl, soy sauce/jarlic/sesame oil, mix w/ hands

Put that and a fried egg on rice. Dump some sesame seeds on it. Tada
