Kirby is doing everything he can think of to befriend Gomez -- including stalking him, chasing him, pouncing on him, slapping his ass, playing with his toys, sleeping in his favorite spots, eating his food and treats -- but, FOR SOME REASON, Gomez just doesn't seem to like him.

Can confirm that he DOES often make jokes like though, though his friends typically just respond with "Adam." or "Please stop."

I don't feel like I'm ever OWED anything BUT... it really sucks to go out of your way to help someone, take them in, give them a home, feed them, nurture them back to health, consider them FAMILY and then they BETRAY YOU by sleeping on the floor instead of cuddling up next to you in bed.

On the phone with @adampknave.com earlier and Kirby slowly walked up my leg, stood on my chest, and looked down at me through eyes so tightly shut, wondering why I was still making noises and not sleeping next to him and it was the cutest thing.
