Well, its been a full year without finding another job in either field that I've spent the last decade in and with current trends, I doubt it'll change. Guess it's time for a change away from VFX and Animation until the ripples settle.

Congratulations to all who fought for it and the present and future artists of all sorts in Ireland. That includes me 👌We’re just comin to the end of a 3 year pilot scheme. It’s been a roaring success. For every €1 paid out to the 2000 participants, the government got €1.46 back. Can’t argue with that. Other countries are already taking note."

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
This day honours and remembers the children who were forced into Canada's Residential School system.
It was first observed as Orange Shirt Day in 2013 and was elevated to a statutory holidy for federal workers in 2021.

There really are only two modes I have as an artist at this point:

1. I have a million ideas and I'm getting them all done as fast as possible before the next convention.

2. Staring into the middle distance debating if fries are better with ketchup, mayo, or gravy.
