unfortunately no matter how I changed the tail around it kept looking too phallic if you squint 😂

so gave up on that dream, would of been cool though since we're sending them "homeward" and a "tail" pointing home would of been perfect! It even would of looked like an arrow!

- solution: wrap in a div w/ set h & w

Basically saying Image's internal span makes the size recalculate, so everything shifts to the left temporarily

🍀 Fixed some bugs:
- layout of elements for the sidebar
- edit bug. figured out why the updated data wasn't showing

🍀 added recaptcha v3 with v2 as a backup if theres no token for v3 (because the user didn't interact enough)

- turned out it was my hidden checkbox (since I had a stylized paw icon to act as the checkbox)
- but then that solution lead to double vertical scrollbars, so I found out another alternative
- then had to fix some other styling things that those changes affected

- Ended up having to find out how to debug mobile by connecting my phone to my comp

- found out the white space wasn't a clickable element
- so started deleting elements to see what part of the form was breaking it

🍀 Fixed mobile issues:
🟢 dialogs not resizing correctly on mobile
🟢 fixed a weird phantom whitespace issue that was a spicy bug to fix

the bug in question, ghost space under the footer

What overscroll-behavior-y: contain actually does

Normally, on mobile browsers (especially Chrome and Safari):

When you focus a form input (even a hidden one), the browser tries to scroll it into view.

If that input is near the bottom of a scrollable page, Chrome will expand the scrollable area or “bounce” the page.

With multiple hidden inputs, focusing one after another can make this behavior repeat, leaving extra space under the footer.

overscroll-behavior is a CSS property designed to control how scroll overflow is handled.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?
