I'm not happy about doing this. I hate asking for help, I hate needing it. Anybody who knows me knows how embarrasing this all is for me, but I've pushed myself far beyond my breaking point and I just can't cope anymore. I need help and support and I can't afford to have any pride anymore.

My chronic pain has been getting worse and worse. Every day now it’s almost too bad to even do basic things. It’s affecting my daily life. I am worried for the future.

I have appointments booked so there’s not much to do. I’m just very sad about it.
