Yeah, it was relevant to the specific facts of the case rather than generally all men who work at a nursery are legally perceived female (might have been nurses and comparing wages to that of medical technicians or some other similar level of training role that is more male dominated in comparison?)

Something about cis male nursery workers or a similarly female dominated profession and judging that they counted as women for case even though no one involved thought they were women at any point

Pretty sure it's been established that you don't need to actually even believe someone is of X class, just that you are treating them like X class (from memory a case about homophobic workplace bullying where the defense was but we knew he wasn't gay which judge didn't go for) as well as

If it is correct that Bridget Phillipson is sitting on the new, post Supreme Court ruling EHRC guidance on trans rights (and I think it v. plausible) so as not to lose deputy leadership votes of pro-LGBT+ MPs, then not only is that sickeningly cynical, but guidance must be off-the-scale extreme.

Well unfortunately UK prosecution guidelines states that people not disclosing even if they were never asked is still deception. You clearly do not understand the issues here and it is absolutely disgusting you called a trans woman a rapist because she said disclosure shouldn't be mandatory.

I'm saying that there are trans sex workers who do not disclose they are trans to people buying their services for a variety of reasons. If you don't understand that then you obviously don't have much respect for them!
