Oh hi there, you've found Rowan of Firespun Alchemy, a TX cosplayer! My spouse assists, & is learning.

I've been cosplaying consistently since 2015, though I gave it a try back in the 00s. Props are my favorite, but I'm learning to appreciate wigs & sewing. #cosplay

Bluesky, please help this find its audience! I'm looking for contacts who are fellow insurance regulators, specifically in and around New York state. I am job hunting and wish to make connections! I've been in insurance since 2010 and in regulation since 2016.

It's actually remarkably easy to not ever use ChatGPT.
to the mysterious cosplay friend in my dream: i'm sorry, let's do pokemon cosplay together. the idea of a pikachu that can change types is pretty cool, actually.
and i for some reason doubled down to say "guess i'm just a pikachu hater now" as they left. in case anyone is wondering, i'm pretty sure my brain couldn't remember rotom and made up this other pokemon instead??
weird dreams strike again: this time, i said i hated pikachu in a particular game because it overshadowed a ghost pokemon i liked with an ability they both got to change types while hanging out with cosplay friends at a con. one friend was so disgusted they walked away...

for the love of God, block everything in this list (you can do it with one click) and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD:

DO NOT. EVER. INTERACT WITH A USGOV ACCOUNT. HERE OR ELSEWHERE.

IF YOU THINK I'M OVERREACTING, GO READ THE POSTS IN THESE ACCOUNTS HISTORIES.

THEY WANT YOUR OUTRAGE.
Blockety block block BLOCK!!!
Oh and in some cases, have absolutely skyrocketed since 2020. My library system saw huge gains in ebook reading that hadn't really dipped since then
I don't understand how I'm seeing people say the data says book sales are down when I'm simultaneously seeing a ton of bookstores opening up. I get that sometimes businesses open after a bubble bursts, but this doesn't seem quite like that.

Now's the time to call up Visa/MC to ask 'hey, how come you guys will pay for ChatGPT and Twitter subs but I can't buy certain games off of Steam?' Because I frankly would LOVE an answer to that...
Sam Altman suggests ChatGPT is cannibalizing your fanfic and erotica to make its own clanker porn, rolling out this December.
ChatGPT just got filthy after new update lets it talk dirty to you

One of the weirdest things about not being able to eat super sugary foods anymore is that they smell more intensely sugary to me now. I made funfetti cupcakes for work and the smell was so strong it was almost nauseating?? Bodies are so strange.
Did they say why no stamp rallies?? That's so odd, they help drive up sales for the artists and are just fun

I have now DMed the last session of the DND campaign I've been running at work for the last....2 years? 3? And I wasn't the first DM on the campaign, but it was my first time taking a campaign to completion. It's a weird feeling.
