Seeing the full scope of her cavernous workplace, she appears small and alone. She says, once again, "I won..."

Welcome home.
My @smh @theage cartoon.
Single frame. Monochrome. Wasteland of rubble and detritus. Man greets woman through a door frame, the only structure in the scene.

These chairs in the Leonard Joel auction catalogue this week look like they were drawn by Saul Steinberg, or Jean-Jaques Sempé, or Louis Bemelmans, who did the Madeleine books ... #cartoon #chairs

the only use cases for this technology are to make all visual media untrustworthy, to manufacture evidence of crimes, and to synthesise illegal content. even the "benign" stuff it outputs is absolute nightmare fuel to such an extent that I will block on sight rather than look at it

The Israeli hostages will be received into Israel by well-stocked and highly functional hospitals with significant allied health supports. The same cannot be said of the Palestinian hostages when they return to Gaza.

Al Jazeera is doing videos of the Palestinian releases and they're heart wrenching. One man was detained for over a year and was released to find out that Israel had killed his two kids. The youngest was three. Her birthday would've been on Saturday. He'd made a small bracelet for her in prison.

On the sick lie of sick people in a sick culture, that violence and military might can bring peace and harmony

On Trump in Israel

On the wisdom of dissenting Jews, Arendt and Butler
