There's no way of knowing when it would happen. It's not like it's a specific date.
No, it shows how little you understand Judaism.

Something that hasn't happened yet isn't false, by the way. It just hasn't happened yet.
No.

That's the purpose of Judaism: to live a Jewish life.

You really are just refusing to get it. We're not Christianity. We don't need prophecies to be fulfilled. Judaism doesn't need that at all.
Which is to keep the mitzvot to the best of my ability and live a Jewish life.

Basically what all the Jews have been telling you. Repeatedly.
In some unknown future time, so we get on with our lives and our practices.

Which is exactly what we'll keep doing when Moshiach gets around to showing up.
No, because Judaism doesn't work like that.

What even is a prophecy in this case?
If they're fulfilled or not makes not the slightest difference.

That's stuff Christians worry about.
Let's step back.

Why do you think prophecy is of any major concern to us?
All the Jews are telling you it's not important to Judaism and you insist on saying that it is.

The Messiah will come whenever the Messiah gets around to coming, and eventually there'll be a Messianic Age, but we don't know when and don't particularly care.
What does that have to do with Judaism.

Seriously, you really need to take basic algebra before you try and tackle calculus
But that isn't relevant to Judaism
You really don't understand Judaism. Like, not even a little.
Christians think that.

Jews don't care what Christians think about Jewish law.
Matthew has about as much meaning for Jews as the Quran or the Vegas.
There's not as much as you imagine
It really doesn't matter a whole lot, nor make any difference with respect to Jewish practice.

When Moshiach gets around to showing up, we'll still celebrate the holidays as we do, still have our rituals, still daven the same way.

(Also the concept of a second coming is ridiculous to Jews.)
Only to people who know fuck-all about Judaism
Happy Diwali to anyone celebrating!
You don't get atonement from the sacrifice. The sacrifice marks atonement. (Also, it feeds the poor and the Temple staff, who don't have land to farm.)

What do you think the point of sacrifices was, self-flagellation? We don't do self-flagellation.

Sacrifices were public rituals to give thanks for good fortune, mark times of the year, or mark atonement for sins. Were non-farmers just not supposed to participate?
Your husband is absolutely wrong about the nature of sacrifice in Judaism!
Judaism doesn't work like Christianity. Sacrifice doesn't buy you grace (but it does make sure that the poor and the Temple staff could eat.)
