I do think should the Court deny Comey’s motion. He has an incredibly strong argument for (both or and/or) vindictive and/or selective prosecution. The fact US attorney for EDVA had to calling in a NC US attorney —
it still resides in the 4thCCOAs jurisdiction should there be an appeal

Again this isn’t me spouting off theories. I’ve repeatedly discussed how the Roberts Court has gutted multiple sections of the VRA. FTR this goes ALL the way back to citizens united & how Chief Justice Roberts continues to undermine voters.
