It certainly is. I wrote my uncle's obituary a cpl days ago. My aunt (uncles SIL) is upset that I didn't include that he was an avid supporter of T & the GOP. She said I should have acknowledged that. I didn't feel it was relevant but she has been complaining abt it to anyone who will listen 🙄🙄

I wish we had more IRL spaces to congregate and talk about politics. Almost nobody I know IRL cares about anything that's going on. I feel like I'm annoying people when I talk about it. "yeah it seems pretty bad" is the usual response. I feel disconnected from everyone.

Asked my mom what she is gonna do w/uncles ashes between the funeral & the dinner after. She suggested bringing him, setting him a plate & putting his urn there 😳😳 these church ppl are gonna pass out hanging out w/us for 3 hours

Have you ever seen Julia Pacheco or Dollar Tree Dinners on YT? They're both really good resources for tight budget cooking, & they both have $20-$25 holiday dinners that include dessert on their channels. They have helped me a lot since prices went up so high.

They both have $20-$25 holiday dinners on their channels & are an excellent resource for tight budgets 💙💙

I make a 17qt pot of veggie soup one Sunday/month for quick meals. Soups are great for that. I also make a bunch of breakfast biscuit bombs & freeze those for the kiddo to eat before school 🙂

This looks like my old Neon. All red except the driver door, which was white. I got hit by an uninsured driver & replacing the door was less than my deductible, so I got one from a junkyard. Didn't even care that it didn't match.

The first Monday of November is when I really start Christmas shopping. If I buy a gift a week, it doesn’t usually kill my budget.. but that’s if I have food assistance. SNAP cuts means Christmas cuts and that infuriates me. Every single kid deserves a full belly and toys under the tree 😭💔

From what I have seen working as a hospital phlebotomist, I really feel like most of those ratings are from old folks who fall asleep while channel surfing in bed. You wouldn't believe how many rooms I saw that show playing in during 0500 rounds.

Their 9 speed transmissions are garbage. A friend of mine has a Jeep Cherokee with 76,000 miles on it & it's already having a transmission slip between 2nd & 3rd gear. She isn't the only one I have heard complain, either.
