Maybe - it probably depends what is being argued here.

I just know work before game and the work during the game is very different now than it was previously in my gaming experience.

So I am not sure about all the work.

But all this pales in comparison to the existential problem that will slowly kill the NHS.

If you designed the NHS from the ground up now I suspect it would look nothing like it does as was designed for a different time .

The changes needed will never happen or be allowed to happen.

It's a challenging one as while it can be a horror show I am never convinced having one gigantic organisation performing every health function from the most routine procedure to crazy edge of future stuff doesn't make sense .

I suspect both Zelah and Richard have cohorts behind them for various reasons but I suspect Farida doesn't have much of a backing in that way.

I also learn there is a charity advert just before Big Brother - no idea if they appear frequently or whether this is their time slot.

They are always very random and very basic and go from famines to 'save the bear cubs!'.
