I started fairly similarly, but once I got to my gate at the airport there were FilkFam folk waiting to catch me. And more community members wandered by. And my seatmate has the most adorable little six month old 😊 So day is looking up even before getting to OVFF. Hope yours does soon too 💙🫂

The water in Hood Canal as we drove up 101 Saturday was sparkling in quite a lovely manner.

Waves of water lap up against a shoreline, creating ripples and foam in the rocks there. Between the water and the viewer are many dried grasses and assorted plants, with a strip of roadway pavement at the very bottom of the photo.
