Pumpkins are now appearing at the magical little cottage! ✨️
A faded red brick path meanders to a small cottage painted green with blue trim. A pumpkin sits under a mailbox in the foreground. On the red brick chimney, a metal sculpture of a waning crescent moon above a rose bush covered in salmon colored blooms. A lovely early October scene. Oh yes, and a small dog stands on the brick path with one ear at attention.

Hello Thursday.
🖼️ Lily Seika Jones
Painting, titled Naiad, depicts a large frog with detailed, prominent eyes, partially submerged in a pond filled with lily pads and white water lilies.
Above the frog, several long, wooden or carved objects hang from a bare tree branch, suspended by twine. Some of these objects resemble seed pods, while others appear to be carved into shapes, including one that looks like a small face. The background shows a misty marsh with bare trees and tall grasses.

🖼️ Elsa Beskow
Illustration from the book Woody, Hazel and Little Pip by Elsa Beskow, depicts a scene of woodland creatures on a river.
On the water, three figures are on a raft made from a large leaf, with a smaller leaf serving as a sail. One figure lies on their stomach, while the other two sit.
On the riverbank, four more figures stand under a tree with large leaves. One of them is throwing a spiky chestnut burr towards the raft.
The background includes a large tree trunk, tall reeds, and a small fish in the water.

Good evening everyone ill. Józef Wilkoń
Thank you...the way light moves through the cottage is so very lovely.

That's the door into the screened porch then out to the garden.
