Here are the facts: he posed a public safety threat with an extensive rap sheet including violent assault with a dangerous weapon, battery, breaking and entering, destruction of property.
He was in possession of a firearm and 5-7 inch knife when arrested.

The "No Kings" protests of October 18 are going to be a first test. I expect the protests to be relatively safe in Democratic-controlled cities (except for, perhaps, outside provocateurs) but am less certain about GOP-controlled cities.

In Portland, an ambulance was summoned to the ICE office to treat an injured protester (not clear how he was injured). But when the patient was loaded inside, ICE officers refused to let the ambulance leave and threatened to shoot the ambulance driver: www.wweek.com/news/2025/10...

At tonight’s Dutch election debate, the sole statement that draws actual cheers from some in the audience is Timmermans’ statement that Netanyahu is a war criminal who should be judged at the ICC. This is the point to which Netanyahu has brought Israel’s image in Europe.

I hope it appears in the physical magazine. That way all his college and law classmates get it. He may not read it, but the knowledge that you're sinking in the estimation of the people you knew as a student counts for more than most people realize.
