The point is, segregation is not inclusion.

The new code should demonstrate options that don't involve enforced segregation. For example, providing toilets that aren't "single sex" for everyone, and a small number of "single sex" toilets for anyone who wants them.

Wouldn't the EHRC insist that their new code does, in fact, show how providers can lawfully include trans people (by segregating them)?

I know this isn't what you mean. Is there a better way of putting it? I'm just thinking out loud 😉

In terms of the meaning of words used in EA2010, that's true.

However, the lawfulness of the EHRC's overreach is disputed, to put it mildly.

The EHRC admits this tacitly, by suggesting that duty bearers take their own legal advice.

Into this lack of clarity the TERFs insert their own "reality".

The ‘Transit’ gender clinic in Spain has a 3 WEEK waiting list! 😳😳😳

It covers a population of 8 million, (equivalent to the population of Scotland & Wales combined, or 1/7th of the population of England) It has a total of 43 staff, a majority of whom are part-time, working 6-7 hours per week!

I have form battling unfair freelance contributor contracts (and winning 💅).

I *always* retained copyright. Always.

Too many people don’t understand copyright law. In the U.K. at least, it’s pretty simple (until the corporates start with their licence restrictions 🙄).
