Nonetheless, an exceedingly incompetent and inexperienced prosecutor presented a case to a grand jury that doesn’t stand up to a casual glance, and the grand jury went ahead with the indictment.

If the grand jury is stupid, the trial jury will be, too. MAGA is everywhere.

Here’s the thing I find most frightening about your story: a grand jury agreed to charge Letitia James on the flimsiest of pretexts.

I know the burden of proof, or whatever, required of a grand jury to give the go-ahead is a much lower standard than that for a conviction by an actual trial jury. ➡️

❗️Big Russian attack with 26 armoured vehicles repelled today on the Zaporizhzhia front!

At 14:00, Russian forces from the 71st Motorized Rifle Regiment attempted a mechanized assault on Mala Tokmachka. A total of 26 vehicles, including tanks, BMPs, BTRs, and “Tigr” armored vehicles.

Turns out Venezuela is involved in a territorial dispute with its neighbor Guyana, and ExxonMobile discovered a FUCKLOAD OF OIL in that disputed territory.

Guyana is the morally correct party in the dispute, scheduled to be heard by the ICJ next year.
