I’ve never had a problem with my cast iron pans and steel woks - but once they are seasoned they are cleaned in water only and then dried over heat before seasoning with oil every single time. Even the kids are trained not to use dishsoap and to oil them every time xx

Yup - thing is I am the one with the gas hon so I usually end up draining them all for my pals (and their kids heading to uni LOL)

The wok is made of carbon steel -
Everything sticks to steel so to make the wok non stick you scour it clean of machine oil and then heat up the steel with thin layers of high heat oil - burning off each one. youtube.com/shorts/OFzWs...

The best kind - I had an extra at lunch today, so a carton of leftover cream got swished into mine to make it go further (carton was from a friend's fridge who went on holiday and emptied theirs into mine)

Then you know that our trans kids can access healthcare through their GPs and (in our case) be referred to a specialist clinic as they do with every other speciality. Sorry to hear that your GP has not been so helpful, though XX
