Still far from 10k, hovering at 3k. I suspect i don't need to even hit 10k, or i can get there slowly. For now i have the 30 mins exercise per day minimum settled.

I'm still far from 10k steps, which is apparently 1.5h of treadmill walking. For now I'm hovering at 3k steps but at least it's getting sustained. There's this study that hitting 3k minimum is helpful. Eventually we'll hit 5k

But despite the #ceasefire, the Israeli Authorities’ block on UNRWA bringing any supplies into Gaza still continues.
