I have relatives that live in W. Maryland. They, sad to say, voted for trump. They haven't been affected, but I bet they know people who are.
trump is such a petulant child that he a) doesn't realize he's the president for people that didn't vote for him as well and 2) lots of GOP in those parts.

It can’t be said enough. Stop subscribing to the @washingtonpost.com and the @nytimes.com. There are other outlets doing good work, like @propublica.org and @wired.com.
I will never subscribe to something owned by Bezos or one that employs Duthout and Brooks.
