Tom & Jerry (cat and mouse, scarecrows) are pretty good

I like Stitch (the blue alien from Lilo & fame) but this is mostly store bought stuff.

A really good Woody Woodpecker! Beak sculpted from straw!

This is a really accurate Minecraft chicken jockey! Burlap square Minecraft guy on burlap square chicken. Probably the kiddos favorite!

Nice use of plants/flowers on the owl, but don't think it all comes together.

"The Beast" from... Over the Garden Wall??? Very spooky with elk ears and a lantern and dark furs and such

The owl from Winnie the Pooh with some fun use of flowers and plants for plumage

Two more Minions with a very nice Gru scarecrow from Despicable Scarecrow Me

I don't know how I feel about these Bluey and sister (dogs/scarecrows) as grannies from Bluey as just heads??? (But the word balloon that says "Nice parking, Rita" is a nice touch.)

Three Minions (yellow banana looking scarecrows in overalls) very well executed but I think one of them is maybe missing an arm???

Mostly just a stuffy in a t-shirt with a cape (so not much actual work) but the end result is very cute

Yeah. We've done a few years of made-at-home now (including Sans from Undertale and the, uh, "square" from Geometry Dash) so I don't feel guilty about "this year we're just going to buy you a thing."
