The mariachis are pretty awesome, so there's that. I had no idea when I came in that it was "dinner and a show" - I was just desperately trying to find a sports bar that wasn't SRO. Unexpected bonus.

Thought I was going to miss the game entirely, but finally got to a TV just in time to see Snell load the bases, and it's gone downhill from there.
However: this TV is in a Guadalajara Grill and the mariachis are tuning up, so things might yet improve.

When we were first together, my sweetie and I went to a karaoke night; I saw they had "Rainbow Connection" so I sang it in my best Kermit voice (in my defense, I had been drinking).
While I was up, a guy came over, gave her his card, and said "Feel free to call me." He was a psychotherapist.

Years ago we went to Caesar's Palace with a friend; he looked up at (the rear view of) the replica of Michelangelo's David and said "Яйца как у слона" ("Balls like an elephant's") - so I guess any room with a full-size David in it, really.

I uploaded a video from my (Android) phone earlier, and - per my setting - it wouldn't let me post it without alt text.
But even though there's an input textbox to add the alt text, there's no way to save it! Eventually I had to temporarily turn off "Require alt text".
That needs fixing.
