At the back of my mind. Yet I continue to wake up every day. Apparently because I'm a perverse masochist. 😳 The only things keeping me going are my cats, so I guess I'll have to always have at least one around me for the foreseeable future.

End myself, and since I'm a coward (with an annoying Jimminy Cricket inner voice that tells me "but tomorrow could be better" despite all evidence to the contrary), I chose to keep going. It's a miserable existence, lonely and frustrating, and, yes, suicide is frequently lurking

Thank you for spelling out what goes through my head. I've lived with a permanent migraine (24/7/365 constant, neverending head pain) since 2000. When I say this, the first response is almost always, "Gosh, how do you manage?" To which I say, I've adapted. My only choices were to do that or

There's a clear a way to end the Citizens United precedent by changing state incorporation laws - and now luminaries in both parties are forcing a vote on it in the 2026 election.
