My wife hit this stage when she was book blogging and stopped doing it not long after. It is probably important to remember that when it's no longer fun, it might be time to take a step back for a while. Not that I want you to stop, the exact opposite.

Thanks, Hatz. I did get called the fastest bowler in the division, so I'm still doing something right! That's not saying much as I'm now about 100km/h, rather than 130 in my youth.

I'll stick around until I can't do it anymore. I have a lot of knowledge and experience to impart to the younger players in the team. It's brilliant seeing them try things out you've taught them.

Thank you! It was pretty cool when everyone there was chanting "1 more year" which changed to "5 more years!" as they knew I'd been on the verge of retirement for several years.

I don't think you're wrong, one of my friend's favourite bands is Leftöver Crack and I've thought they sound like Black Metal at times. He's aghast as he's Punk to the core.
