Major evolution in the GZDoom community tonight - the regular contributors finally had enough of the project lead, who had been very hard to work with for a long time. He dug in and told them "If you don't like it, go and make your own fork."

Sometimes I read that "Postal 2" is a bad game. But in that game you can piss on a donut, leave it in the middle of a street, and a cop will find it, eat it, and then throw up. So objectively it's the *best* game.

I understand your point. But why not both? Why can't I ask for a remake of a game that's over a quarter of a century old that it could potentially be experienced by more people on platforms it wasn't originally released on, with updated assets and quality of life improvements?
