Here in the northern hemisphere, it's cold & flu season. Garlic is probably one of the best antimicrobial #herbs there is. Add it to as much food as you can. Garlic breath ain't so good but chew a piece of parsley afterwards. Works a charm (heh) to sweeten breath.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

I love this fall weather but…just got home from getting our jabs & running an errand for the husband. Oh. Em. Gee. The tourist traffic is horrendous and it’s only Friday. Thankfully I don’t have to go out again this weekend!
