My thoughts now that it's over

The movie was just an allegory for the US government being untrustworthy and invasive yadda yadda. The concept of the aliens being mindless is what made this a very underwhelming movie. There has never really been an explicit reason as to why the aliens come to earth-

What sucks is I actually thought the concept was pretty cool but the execution of the movie was sooo dookie! I liked the tripod designs and them being able to fly and shit. But Amazon needs to be kicked in the shin for that level of production.

Western Alaska was hit hard by the recent storms. Houses floated away in Kipnuk, houses flipped over, people lost everything from the flooding that came with the storms. Please donate if you can. This group has a long history of supporting AK communities.
